The idea is to go incremental. You don’t need to leave Excel on day one; two or three steps already start giving you value.
1. Create your account
Download the app on iOS or Android and create an account with your email. We send you a confirmation email; click to activate.
2. Add your first property
Follow Add your first property. If you have several, start with the one you know best — that way you fill in the details quickly.
3. Choose the mode
Each property has a mode: My home, Rental or Both. Learn when to use each in The three modes.
4. Register a contract and a utility
Start with your mortgage or your tenancy agreement. Follow Register a contract. For utilities, Add a utility.
5. Check the cash flow
Once you have a couple of movements, open the Finance section. Learn how to read it in Understanding cash flow.
6. Enable two-factor authentication
Before entering real sensitive data, enable MFA: Enable two-factor authentication. Takes a minute and dramatically reduces the risk if someone guesses your password.
