Livra is an app to keep your properties in order. It centralises three things that normally live in different places:
- Documents and contracts: mortgage PDFs, tenancy agreements, utility bills and maintenance receipts.
- Financial movements: rent received, expenses, recurring payments, mortgage and any movement linked to a property.
- Alerts: reminders before a contract renewal, a rate increase or an overdue payment.
It’s designed for three types of user:
- Homeowners living in their own home who want everything in one place.
- Landlords with rentals who need to see the real yield of each property.
- Small portfolios (up to 20 properties) with serious financial tracking and multi-user support.
Livra isn’t a letting agency, isn’t a property portal and doesn’t automate your tax return. It’s the clear database you’d otherwise keep in a spreadsheet — but without the spreadsheet: updated automatically, with correct calculations and accessible from your phone.
